I know poor Pottery Barn has been beat up a bit about some of the ‘inspiration’ behind their furniture, fabrics and accessories. As soon as I saw these vases in their latest catalog I couldn’t help but think of the Belgian glassware company, Henry Dean. I think imitation is the finest form of flattery…and am going to look at this glass – half full!

For the past 30 years Henry Dean has been making handmade, mouth blown glass pieces. I like handmade things, these are special. Here’s a little eye candy… those hurricanes are the most beautiful…especially in bright red and orange!
