While “modern” and “sleek” were key words used by Lonergan’s clients to describe their design goals for this new Houston home, comfort was always at the forefront of the design scope. Generous proportions and walls of glass form a streamlined backdrop for large-scale custom furnishings and modern art.

For warmth and contrast, feminine silhouettes, patinated furnishings, and organic textures come into play. In the living room, a delicate sculpture climbs the walls, acting as a visual reprieve from the room’s more modern elements.
