Troon Road
While returning a 1940s Georgian-style house in the heart of Houston's River Oaks residential community to its former glory, Lonergan and her team transformed the second home into a work of art. Reflective of the tastes and sensibilities of the twenty-first century, the property remains sophisticated while still chock-full of timeless charm.

The transformation was designed not to replicate the past but to honor it. In addition to redecorating each room with new wallcoverings, fixtures, and furnishings, Lonergan ensured the couple’s extensive art collection, comprised of pieces curated by South American artists, was beautifully displayed.

Although traditional at its core, the residence is also family-friendly and playful with its use of color, creating an atmosphere that feels warm and inviting. Whether swooning over the dining room, swathed in a mural, or marveling at the unique balance of refined comfort, this home is enrobed in elegance while intending to stand the test of time.
